Saint Agnes Holy Cross Clinic to Open in January 2027

Fresno, CA - Saint Agnes Health is pleased to announce the opening of the Saint Agnes Holy Cross Clinic, a new family medicine clinic designed to expand access to healthcare services for underserved individuals and families in downtown Fresno. Located within the Saint Agnes Holy Cross Health & Wellness Center campus, the clinic is expected to open in January 2027.

The clinic will provide comprehensive family medicine services for patients of all ages, including primary care, wellness visits, preventive care, chronic disease management, childhood vaccinations and point-of-care testing. Designed to meet the growing healthcare needs of the community, the clinic will serve as a convenient access point for coordinated, high-quality care close to home.

Operated by Saint Agnes Medical Foundation, the clinic will be staffed by Saint Agnes Care family medicine providers. Graduate Medical Education (GME) residents will also complete clinical rotations under the guidance of experienced attending physicians. This innovative model expands access to high-quality primary care while helping train the next generation of physicians dedicated to serving the Central Valley

"The opening of Saint Agnes Holy Cross Clinic represents a meaningful investment in the health of our community," said Dr. Gurvinder Kaur, Saint Agnes Health President and Market Leader. "Every individual deserves access to high-quality healthcare regardless of their circumstances. By offering comprehensive services, we are creating a medical facility that will improve health outcomes while supporting the development of future physicians committed to serving the Valley."

The new clinic reflects Saint Agnes' continued commitment to addressing healthcare disparities and improving access to care for vulnerable populations. By bringing essential healthcare services together in one location, the Holy Cross Clinic will help patients receive timely care, manage chronic conditions and stay connected to the socioeconomic resources they need to live healthier lives.

The clinic was made possible through philanthropic investments from Trinity Health's Preserving Our Legacy Fund, The Saladino Family Fund, The Saint Agnes Women's Club and many generous community donors. Together, these contributions exemplify a collective commitment to improving healthcare access for underserved populations. The clinic opening marks another milestone in Saint Agnes Health's ongoing efforts to strengthen community health through innovation, education and compassionate care.
