Our design engineers have been hard at work improving the mobile experience on Ashby over the last couple months. This is all capped off by today's release of a redesigned candidate profile experience for mobile.
Let's review all the enhancements that are now available when using Ashby on your mobile device.
The header on the candidate profile has been redesigned to make it more scannable and easier to initiate quick actions like email/call/sms and viewing social links and resumes.
You can also more easily navigate to different sections of the profile using the tab navigation.
You can now jump to any item in the feed on the candidate profile by tapping Notes, Emails, Activities, Feedback, Application.
This makes it easier to find exactly what you're looking for when reviewing candidates with a large number of items in their feed.
Notes are now easier to scan and reply to on the candidate profile view.
We've introduced an inline editor and made several improvements to deleting, editing, and interacting with Notes.
You can now view important data points like AI criteria evaluations and Fraud signals from the candidate profile.
Having this information front and center on your mobile device is extremely useful when making a determination.
You now have the ability to perform application review in bulk from your mobile device allowing you to move faster through your top-of-funnel while away from your desktop.
The new experience helps you navigate all the signals you need to make a decision and we've also added shortcuts like remembering your previous settings across archive reasons, email, and more.
You can also advance candidates directly from a profile view if they are under application review.
All of these improvements are also backed by performance enhancements that should make the entire mobile experience feel faster.
We continue to invest in our mobile experience and are excited to bring these improvements to help you evaluate candidates while away from your desktop - enjoy!
