Ardurra Welcomes Arpit Talati as Chief Operations Officer

Ardurra is pleased to announce Arpit Talati as its new Chief Operations Officer (COO).

With more than 23 years of experience spanning business development, operational performance, project delivery, strategic growth, and client relations, Arpit brings a wealth of expertise to drive Ardurra's operational efficiency and growth plans.

As COO, Arpit will oversee daily operations, drive performance, and ensure successful project delivery. He will collaborate closely with Ardurra's senior leadership team to continue building upon the company's employee- and client-centric culture.

Arpit's background includes 8 years at WSP and 15 years at Jacobs, where he held various leadership positions and managed significant business units. During his time at WSP, he served as the Senior Vice President, Texas Southwest District Leader, overseeing a team of over 1000 professionals and managing a business unit that included transportation, water, property and buildings, energy, advisory, and environment, generating approximately $240M in net revenue annually. His career in civil engineering began in transportation, progressing from project management to senior leadership roles.

Arpit holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Texas Tech University and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas.
