Kyndryl collaborates with Banco Credibom to advance technology modernization

LISBON, February 11, 2026 - Kyndryl (NYSE: KD), a leading provider of mission-critical enterprise technology services, today announced it has completed a project with Portuguese financial services company Banco Credibom to modernize its technology infrastructure by migrating its core system to a private cloud model.

The project allows dynamic resource adjustment, supporting operational continuity and performance gains while driving enhanced sustainability. It involved a dedicated technical team from Kyndryl Consult that will provide strong coordination among the Banco Credibom and Kyndryl teams, enabling the system migration to be completed effectively and in line with the defined plan.

This initiative is part of a broader program by the Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility Group, which aims to harmonize, mutualize and modernize IT infrastructures across various entities within the Group. The project developed in Portugal is another step toward executing this shared vision, allowing Banco Credibom to allocate resources to areas that add greater value for its customers and to the development of its core competencies.
