Chhattisgarh approves the Chhattisgarh Innovation and Startup Incentive Policy 2025-30. The Union government signs a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with the Nagaland state government and the Eastern Nagaland People's Organization (ENPO). The agreement allows for the formation of the Frontier Nagaland Territorial Authority (FNTA) within the state. The FNTA, subject to review after 10 years, will grant legislative, executive, and financial autonomy to Nagaland's six eastern districts.
