NORTHBROOK, Ill., Nov. 12, 2025 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 3045-3055 MacArthur Blvd., a 49,140-square-foot industrial property in Northbrook, Illinois. The property sold for $5.65 million.
