Washington, D.C. - The American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists (ACOG) today released a refreshed identity, announcing a new logo, an updated tagline, and a new brand for the organization's award-winning patient website.
ACOG's new tagline, Purpose Driven. Patient Focused., captures the organization's mission, which is driven by its members' expertise and centered on patient care, and reflects the shared purpose of both ACOG and its more than 62,000 members. The new logo emphasizes the strength of the ACOG community and the wide range of career paths its members follow.
"ACOG stands firm in our commitment to empowering our members to build sustainable, fulfilling careers-and to championing patient access to the high-quality care they deserve," said Sandra E. Brooks, MD, MBA, FACOG, chief executive officer of ACOG. "Our new brand reflects a bold step forward-one that will meet the evolving needs of our members, our partners, and the patients they serve. It is a symbol of progress, unity, and our unwavering commitment to a healthier future."

It's time for ACOG to present itself to the world in a way that is just as dynamic as the people it serves," said Stella Dantas, MD, FACOG, immediate past president of ACOG, who championed the rebrand during her presidency.
ACOG's award-winning patient education website, which has emerged as a primary source of reliable information for patients about all topics related to obstetric and gynecologic health, is now Every Stage Health, paralleling the care that ob-gyns provide to patients throughout every stage of their lives. The new name also represents how the ACOG site is a resource for people of all ages seeking information about their health from adolescence to the menopause transition and beyond.
