Caldwell County Route D Shoal Creek Bridge now open…
St. Joseph, Mo. - The Missouri Department of Transportation contracted Cale Seymour Construction, LLC to complete a bridge replacement project on the Caldwell County Route D Bridge over Shoal Creek. The bridge reopened to traffic yesterday, Wednesday, Jan. 28.
The bridge had been closed since March 2025.
