WASHINGTON - Congressman Jim Costa (CA-21) and the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation announced $254 million from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law to bring clean, reliable drinking water to the San Joaquin Valley and California, including $125 million for B.F. Sisk Dam and $129 million for the Sites Reservoir Project.
"These federal investments are a game-changer for the San Joaquin Valley and California's water future," said Costa. "By expanding storage capacity at B.F. Sisk Dam and advancing the Sites Reservoir Project, we are addressing the persistent challenges of drought head-on. These efforts are critical to ensuring a clean, reliable water supply for our communities."
