Website enabled by the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration to provide information on the extraordinary regularization process
The Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration has launched a website (inclusion.gob.es/regularización) specifically designed to inform interested parties about the extraordinary regularisation process. From the website, users can complete a form to verify eligibility for regularisation, begin the process if they have an electronic certificate, and schedule an appointment.
This website provides detailed information about the process, including what it entails, who the potential beneficiaries are, specific documentation, etc. This information is presented in different formats, with frequently asked questions and videos that will be updated as new needs are identified. If you have any specific questions after reading all this information, you can submit them through a form.
In addition, interested parties will have access to a series of explanatory videos covering different aspects of the application process, appointment scheduling, etc.
The website includes a section with the most important documents, such as the text of the regulation published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) and the vulnerability form, which serves to prove vulnerability if required to demonstrate this situation as a means of accessing regularisation.
One of the most interesting sections of the portal is the requirements checker. It means that, from this website, you can run a simulation to check if you meet the requirements to access regularisation.
This portal offers the option to request an appointment, which is essential to receive in-person assistance. It is very important to remind citizens that applicants without a prior appointment will not be seen in person. Although the service is available from today, the 16th, the in-person service will begin next Monday, the 20th. It is also important to remember that scheduling an appointment is completely free.
Appointments can be requested in three ways: with digital identification, through a form, and by calling 060. The appointment calendar is being opened gradually.
If you have Cl@ve, you can access the appointment booking application from the Ministry's website. With this method, you can select the office, day, and time. You can also ask someone with Cl@ve to request the appointment by entering your information.
The second way is through a form that you will find on our website. This way, you will be assigned the closest appointment according to your preferences. Appointment assignment via the form will not be immediate; you will receive confirmation of your appointment by email or SMS.
The third option is to call 060, where you will be assisted Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The regularisation process can be initiated directly from the portal. This is the preferred method, as the application can be submitted electronically 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Applicants can submit the application themselves if they have an electronic certificate, or through individuals registered in the Electronic Registry of Powers of Attorney, or with representatives such as lawyers, social graduates, or administrative managers who can assist them with the process. Finally, assistance is also available from entities registered in the Registry of Immigration Collaborators, of which there are more than 150, a number that continues to grow daily and whose list is available on the website.
If they deem it appropriate, potential beneficiaries can seek the assistance of legal professionals specialising in immigration law for legal advice and the proper processing of their applications. These professionals can support applicants throughout the entire process and, if necessary, act as their representatives, a role also filled by social graduates and administrative managers. To this end, the Regularisation Portal provides contact information for the Bar Associations for interested parties.
In addition, the website offers an updated list of collaborating immigration organisations that have demonstrated at least two years of experience and offer free support throughout the process. These organisations have created a registry of individuals authorised to act as representatives.
