Final preparations underway for upcoming LoboTime go-live

UNM is in the final phase of preparations for the launch of LoboTime - UNM's new modern, electronic timekeeping system - which is slated to go live on Feb. 21. HR, Payroll, and IT have been working closely with college/school/division leadership, HR Agents, and department liaisons over the past several months in preparation for the new system.

LoboTime is replacing UNM's legacy Banner Time Entry system, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the timekeeping process by replacing paper timesheets and manual data entry with a modern system and wholly electronic process. Most staff and student employees on all campuses will transition to LoboTime on Feb. 21. Detailed information on which employees will transition is available on the LoboTime website.

Employees and supervisors are encouraged to speak with their departmental HR representative to learn more about how their area is preparing for implementation. There are also a wealth of training and support resources available at time.unm.edu, including employee and supervisor training modules and job aids that walk through each step of the timekeeping process. The relevant training modules have also been assigned in Learning Central, so they are easily accessible directly from your learning plan.
