Shruthi Rao Honoured for Influence on Business Growth, Client Delivery and Workplace Culture

LONDON, UK, October 27, 2026 - Allegis Global Solutions , the leading provider of global workforce solutions, announces that Shruthi Rao, managing director of India, has been named to Staffing Industry Analysts' (SIA) Global Power 150 - Women in Staffing list for 2026 . The annual list recognises women whose leadership and influence are helping shape the global staffing industry.

"It is a privilege to celebrate Shruthi and the impact she has made on AGS, our clients and the workforce solutions industry," said Vice President of International Markets (EMEA and APAC) Simon Bradberry. "Her ability to combine commercial vision, operational discipline and people-centred leadership has strengthened our business in India and beyond. Shruthi brings insight and purpose to everything she does, and I am proud to see her recognised among the industry's most influential women."

Recently appointed AGS' managing director of India, Rao leads the company's workforce solutions in the region, with responsibility for commercial growth and operational excellence. Previously, she led AGS' MSP business in India, doubling revenue, expanding its customer base by 70% and sustaining annual growth of more than 15% over the past three years.

Rao's influence extends beyond business performance. She serves on AGS' India leadership team and Global MSP Product Coalition, helping shape the company's future product portfolio and strengthen service delivery worldwide. Her leadership has also contributed to an engaged, high-performing culture, reflected in employee satisfaction scores for India that exceed AGS and industry averages by more than seven points. Rao previously appeared on SIA's Global Power 150 - Women in Staffing list in 2021.

"The 2026 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing demonstrate that innovation and people-centered leadership aren't competing priorities," SIA President Ursula Williams said. "These leaders are putting new technologies into practice while developing talent, strengthening organizations and creating new opportunities for the people they serve. Congratulations to our 2026 honorees for showing what is possible when leadership brings technological innovation and human capability together."
