NASHVILLE, Tenn. Aug. 26, 2026 - Pinnacle Financial Partners has added three experienced financial professionals to its growing Middle Tennessee team. Pratik Chauhan joins the firm as a financial advisor, Kyle Mingo as a mortgage advisor and Jacklyn Risinger as a treasury management advisor. Together, they bring decades of experience, deep knowledge of the Middle Tennessee market and a shared commitment to building strong client relationships.

Chauhan joins Pinnacle as a financial advisor based in Brentwood, bringing nearly 20 years of financial services experience spanning private wealth management and banking leadership. Most recently, he served as a private wealth advisor with 1834, a division of Old National Bank, where he worked with high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, families and business owners.
Throughout his career, Chauhan has advised clients on complex financial needs, including investment strategy, estate planning and lending solutions. He has also held significant banking leadership positions, including business sales manager and district manager roles with U.S. Bank.
Chauhan earned a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Science from Middle Tennessee State University. His community involvement has included organizations such as Rotary Club, United Way, Habitat for Humanity, Boys and Girls Club, Junior Achievement and SCORE.
Mingo joins Pinnacle as a mortgage advisor based in Hendersonville. He brings more than 20 years of experience, including more than a decade as a mortgage loan officer with Regions. His residential lending experience spans conventional, government and portfolio lending across multiple markets, as well as earlier mortgage origination roles and a strong background in business development.
Risinger joins Pinnacle as a treasury management advisor serving Middle Tennessee, bringing more than a decade of financial services experience with a concentration in treasury management, corporate banking and commercial financial solutions. She most recently served as regional sales lead for treasury management at First Horizon Bank and previously spent approximately 10 years with Fifth Third Bank in senior treasury management and commercial banking roles. Her experience includes helping commercial clients optimize working capital, streamline financial processes and implement treasury solutions tailored to complex operating needs.
Risinger holds the Certified Treasury Professional designation and earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati. Her community and professional involvement have included the Nashville Association for Financial Professionals, The Family Center and Young Leaders Council.
