POCATELLO, Idaho - April 9, 2026 - The Idaho State Tax Commission's Pocatello office will be open regular hours from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15 - the day income tax returns are due. The office is at 1111 N. 8^th Ave.

Visit any Tax Commission office to drop off completed Idaho tax returns, make payments, and get answers to tax questions. A drop box for tax returns and payments is available weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Another way to get help is to call (800) 972-7660 toll free. Phone hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays, except on the 2^nd Wednesday of the month when they start at 9:30 a.m.
