Dechert advised SCOR Investment Partners on the financing of the acquisition and renovation of an office building located at 7 rue de la Pierre-Levée, in the 11th arrondissement of Paris.

The asset, approximately 1,800 m², was acquired by Picture Asset Management on behalf of the PictO+ fund in partnership with Demathieu Bard Immobilier. The project, financed by the new Scor Real Estate Loans V debt fund, involves a restructuring of the building.
