Trade, USMCA And Restructuring Risk in the Americas, Liability Management and Exit Strategies in Latin America and More to be Discussed at ABI’s 2026 International Latin[...]

Alexandria, Va. - Top international experts will gather ABI's 2026 International Latin America Symposium at the Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City in Mexico City on Sept. 2-4 to discuss the latest Latin American insolvency and restructuring developments. Sessions include an examination of trade, USMCA and restructuring risk in the Americas, liability management and exit strategies, asset-tracing in insolvency proceedings, and much more. Former Mexican government advisor Leo Zuckerman, one of Mexico's most influential political analysts, will provide an economic outlook during a keynote presentation. Conference chairs for the Latin America Symposium are Sonia Colón of Ferraiuoli LLC (San Juan, P.R.) and Samuel Suchowiecky of Hilco (Mexico City).
