Update for Voters Affected by MVD Proof of Citizenship Glitch

The Pinal County Recorder's Office is happy to note Attorney General Mayes' opinion took into consideration the information and feedback we provided regarding voters impacted by the "MVD glitch." Pinal County is committed to ensuring consistency and fairness for all impacted voters.

We have attempted to reach all impacted voters and comply with the opinion. It is important to understand, however, that their current registration status only applies as long as voter registration remains unchanged. If a voter makes any updates - such as a name change, a new address, or a change of party affiliation - they will be required to provide documented proof of citizenship at that time.
