Energy Assistance Program (EAP) Application Assistance (EST)
Human Services, Inc. will be handing out and accepting Energy Assistance Program (EAP) applications for the 2025-2026 program year. Bring copies of your most recent proof of income for all adults age 18 or older in the household AND current electric/heating bills. Program packets are not being distributed through the mail this season. Call for more information or with any questions.
