Dentons advises on sale of Arkady Wrocławskie shopping center

Dentons has advised Develia developer on the sale of the Arkady Wrocławskie shopping center to Vastint Poland, a company developing commercial projects in key regional cities across Poland. The disposal process included multiple stages, beginning with a preliminary sale agreement signed in December 2024 and concluding with a final sale agreement in June 2025. The transaction included the investment land and the entire mixed-use development.

Arkady Wrocławskie, a former retail and office complex located in the center of Wrocław with a separate retail and entertainment section, is undergoing demolition initiated by Develia. Vastint Poland, the new owner, will continue the demolition process and plans to transform the investment into a modern mixed-use project that fits into the urban fabric in the heart of Wrocław.

The sale of Arkady Wrocławskie aligns with Develia's strategy to divest its commercial real estate portfolio while expanding in the residential sector through organic growth and M&A transactions.

Under the supervision of Bartłomiej Kordeczka, Partner and Deputy Head of Real Estate practice in Poland, the transaction was led by managing counsel Martyna Racz-Suchocka, supported by associate Karolina Kordulska-Tetkowska.
