On January 8, 2025, Brown Rudnick closed the Series Seed-9 and Series Seed-10 preferred stock financing of client Offsite Experiences, raising a total of $1.575 million. The lead investor was Ground Game Venture Fund, with participation from Splash Capital and Karkal Investments.
