Honigman recently represented O2 Investment Partners, a private equity firm, and its commercial maintenance paving platform, Ironcore Paving, in connection with Ironcore's investment in and partnership with Frank A. Macchione Paving Plus.
Founded in 1993 and based in Rochelle Park, New Jersey, Frank A. Macchione Paving Plus provides asphalt paving and milling services, as well as sealcoating, line striping, and patching services for commercial and municipal customers. The transaction represents Ironcore's second acquisition and its first completed under the Ironcore brand.
The Honigman deal team was led by Corporate Partners Evan Leibhan, Laura Davis, Nicholas Pedersen, as well as Associates Lea Glenn, Joseph Kuzmiak, and Christopher Adams, with support from Finance Partner Michelle Bleda Drew and Associate Lauren Legner.
