Mount St. Joseph University celebrates National Nurses Week! The Mount's Department of Nursing has been providing quality nursing education for over a century. Our Department of Nursing's mission is to prepare students to become professional nurses who integrate the liberal arts and sciences with the knowledge and skills essential for patient-centered nursing practice. This week is a time to show extra appreciation for nurses' dedication and contributions to healthcare. We are so thankful for the strength, knowledge, and compassion of nurses.
