Current opportunities include:
Real Ones Lead: Youth Safety & Leadership Lab, a paid leadership cohort focused on conflict resolution, emotional regulation, and community safety (starts March 2, 2026, Tuesdays 5-8 PM; participants can earn up to $300)

MYGuard: Healing, Power & Belonging for LGBTQIA+ Youth, a weekly peer-led healing and leadership space with stipends up to $150, meals, transportation, and optional free therapy sessions.

All programs are built with youth, for youth, by youth and are free to participate in.
