Strengthening AI competencies of Egyptian public prosecutors

A landmark event co-organized by UNESCO, the Egyptian Public Prosecutor's Office and Cyber Ethos with the support of the European Union, brought together judges, prosecutors and legal experts to examine the growing influence of AI on justice systems. The two-day training marked Egypt's first national initiative dedicated to exploring the role of AI in justice, with a focus on aligning innovation with human rights and the rule of law.

The event took place as Egypt advances its National AI Strategy (2025-2030), which promotes ethical governance, institutional capacity-building and integration of AI across priority sectors such as education, health and public administration.
