Willkie advised Inteva Products, a leading global automotive supplier of engineered components and systems headquartered in Michigan, USA, on its acquisition of the Central European and South African operations of International Automotive Components Group. The transaction ranks among the largest automotive deals in Europe in 2025.
A key factor in the success of the transaction was the realignment of customer relationships with all major European OEMs, including Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen Group, and BMW. An EY-Parthenon team led by Jeffrey Ficks acted as transaction advisor for Inteva. IAC was advised by Rothschild as M&A advisor.

The transaction was led by restructuring partner Ulrich Klockenbrink as well as M&A partner Nils Röver together with counsel Jacob Ahme and associate Nicola Meier as well as over 50 colleagues from all German offices as well as attorneys from London, New York and Washington DC, including partners Briony Pollard, Georg Weidenbach, Anne Kleffmann, Matthew Makover and Patrick Meiisel; counsel Wulf Kring, Patrick Wacker and Aurel Hille; and associates Andreas Mildner, Jan Steiner, Marcel Seemaier, Laurin Havlik, Nils Bock, Lennart Uhlmannsiek, Maximilian Schatz, Paul Seppi, Hui Li, Alexandra Barczak, Florian König, Christine Thain, Sascha Winkler, Abigail Ryckman, Christian Werthmüller and Ifyeoma White-Thorpe.
