NoriFish and Okiboru Open Restaurants at Ponce City Market

Ackerman Retail's Brian Lefkoff represents restaurants in lease at Ponce City Market; location marks the first NoriFish Roll Bar in the country

ATLANTA, September 2, 2026 - NoriFish and Okiboru have opened side-by-side restaurants at Ponce City Market. NoriFish's new concept at the Central Food Hall is the country's first NoriFish Roll Bar, featuring expertly crafted sushi hand rolls, while Okiboru offers its popular varieties of Tsukemen and ramen. Both eateries feature counter and restaurant seating.

NoriFish and Okiboru are led by their two founders, executive chef Sean Park and restauranteur Justin Lim. NoriFish also has locations in Buckhead and Sandy Springs, and Okiboru has multiple locations across metro Atlanta, as well as restaurants in New York and Seoul.

Ackerman Retail Executive Vice President Brian Lefkoff represented NoriFish Roll Bar and Okiboru in securing the lease at Ponce City Market.
