Parents looking to enjoy a relaxed evening ahead of Valentine's Day can skip the crowds and feel confident knowing their child is well cared for during Kids Night Out, hosted by the North Port Parks & Recreation Department. This special program takes place Friday, Feb. 13, from 5 to 8:30 p.m. at the George Mullen Activity Center, 1602 Kramer Way.

Designed for students in grades K-5, Kids Night Out provides a fun and festive atmosphere where children can enjoy Valentine's Day-themed crafts, interactive games and group play with friends. A light dinner is included, creating a complete evening of food, fun and creativity.

The program is held in a safe, supervised environment led by Parks & Recreation staff, giving parents peace of mind while they enjoy a night out without the Valentine's Day rush.

Pre-registration is required and space is limited. The cost to participate is $15 per child.

To secure your child's spot, visit NorthPortFL.gov/Camps-Care and look for "Kids Night Out."
