ATTEMPTED CARJACKING: On 04/06/2025 at 2:54 AM, Hayward dispatch was contacted by the victim who was near the 29000 block of Mission Blvd stating he was being chased by two subjects attempting to take the keys to his vehicle. Officers were later notified the two subjects were now in the victim's vehicle. Officers arrived on scene, located the two subjects in the vehicle and took them into custody. Both subjects were identified by the victim and taken into custody by officers. (Report #2025-019752)
ROBBERY: On 04/07/2025 at 10:54 PM the victim met the subject near the 200 block of W. Jackson St to purchase the subject's vehicle. After 3 hours of negotiations the victim sent the subject half the money over "cash app". And was planning to pay the rest via cash and a gold bracelet. After sending the money the suspect took the victims belongings and fled in the vehicle that was supposed to be purchased by the victim. Officers arrived on scene but were unable to locate the suspect. (Report #2025-020126)
ROBBERY: On 04/10/2025 at 11:20 PM the victims were using an ATM near Southland Dr and Hesperian Blvd when they were approached by an unknown subject. The subject assaults one of the victims and then points a weapon at the other victim. The subject takes the victims belongings and flees prior to officer arrival. (Report #2025-020749)
