Residents Encouraged to Report Remaining Snow, Ice, or Collection Issues

City crews continue to work around the clock following the last two major winter weather events, with ongoing work focused on clearing roads of ice and snow, as well as solid waste collection.

Road clearing operations continue in areas where snow and ice persist. Greensboro residents who see lingering icy or snowy conditions on roadways are encouraged to call the City's Contact Center to create a work order.

Solid Waste and Recycling crews also continue to provide service and address missed collections related to the winter weather. Residents whose Monday or Tuesday solid waste collection was not completed are encouraged to contact the City to request follow-up service.

To report an issue or create a work order, residents may call the Contact Center at 336-373-CITY (2489).

The City appreciates the community's patience and assistance as response efforts continue.
