Joining the European Parliament's Roma Week
From 21 to 23 April, FRA joined several events within the Roma Week in the European Parliament organised by the European umbrella Roma civil society organisation, the ERGO Network.
The events brought together representatives of Roma civil society across Europe (national and international), individual governments, including number of National Roma Contact Points, the European Commission, MEPs, Council of Europe, UN Agencies, World Bank and the OSCE.
During the INDEX event, FRA reflected on possible synergies between the EU Roma Framework's monitoring and the Council of Europe's Roma and Traveller monitoring.
At the EU Enlargement region event, FRA presented results from Roma Survey 2024 for Albania, North Macedonia and Serbia.
