RHE Emergency Preparedness Horse Census

The City of Rolling Hills Estates is launching an Emergency Preparedness Horse Census to help protect horses and support emergency response efforts during wildfires, earthquakes, floods, and other disasters. Horse owners are encouraged to complete the census form on the City's website to help emergency responders better plan for evacuation, sheltering, animal rescue, and reunification during emergencies.
