习近平向瑞士新任联邦主席帕姆兰致贺电（2026-01-01）

2026年1月1日，国家主席习近平向瑞士新任联邦主席帕姆兰致贺电，祝贺他就任瑞士联邦主席。

习近平指出，2017年我对瑞士进行国事访问期间，两国宣布启动自贸协定升级联合研究。在帕姆兰主席推动下，协定升级谈判取得积极进展。当前，单边主义、保护主义抬头，两国携手支持自由贸易，是中瑞关系高水平发展的真实写照，也为世界发展繁荣注入更多确定性和稳定性。2026年是中瑞建立创新战略伙伴关系10周年，也是中国"十五五"规划开局之年，两国创新合作面临广阔机遇。我高度重视中瑞关系发展，愿同帕姆兰主席一道努力，持续扩大互利合作，推动中瑞关系不断迈上新台阶，更好造福两国人民。
