A hearing on jurisdiction and merits is scheduled in the referenced case at the Centre's offices in Washington, D.C., from March 29 to April 3, 2026. The hearing will begin on March 29 at 1:00 p.m. EDT and on the remaining days at 9:00 a.m. EDT.
In accordance with Section 21.7 of Procedural Order No. 1, the hearing will be open to the public and broadcast via closed-circuit television in room MC C1-100 (Floor C 1) located at 700 18th Street NW, Washington, DC, 20433.
Members of the public who wish to attend are requested to use the following link. All attendees will be asked to provide their names, affiliation, and email addresses to arrange access to the broadcast room. Visitor passes will be issued upon presentation of a valid photo ID.
Entrance to the room on Sunday, March 29 will be through the main entrance located at 1818 H Street NW, Washington, D.C. 20433, and on the remaining days through the visitor entrance located at 700 18th Street NW, Washington, DC, 20433.
Cameras and other recording equipment (including phones or laptops) will not be allowed in the broadcast room.
