Commissioner Dye Honored by National Association of Waterfront Employers

Commissioner Rebecca Dye, along with her friend and colleague Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Subcommittee Staff Director John Rayfield, was honored by the National Association of Waterfront Employers (NAWE) in recognition for her leadership and lifelong commitment to the maritime industry.

NAWE presented this award to Commissioner Dye at an event in Washington, DC on June 16, 2026.

Commissioner Dye expressed her deep appreciation to the members of NAWE for their years of support and their recognition of her accomplishments at the Federal Maritime Commission and other maritime agencies.
