高齢者施設向けアレクサの取り組みが紹介されました

アマゾンジャパン合同会社様が敬老の日に合わせて発表した、介護や見守りにおける音声ＡＩアシスタントの活用についての調査結果のなかで、当社が導入している高齢者施設向けアレクサの取り組みと、ニチイホーム練馬高野台での活用の様子が紹介されました。

ニチイケアパレスでは、株式会社NTTデータ様と協業し、同社が開発する「ボイスタ！」を使用した高齢者向けアレクサの活用を推進しており、順次ホームへの導入を進めています。
