Camilo joined a panel titled, "Colombia: Are the Tailwinds Sustainable?", alongside Juan Pablo Fonseca (CEO, Ashmore Management Company), Mathew Wagner (Business Development Manager LATAM, STRABAG), Carlos Isorna (Managing Director, Macquarie Asset Management), and Ricardo Lara (Head of Infrastructure & Energy for Andean Countries, IDB Invest) to examine how Colombia's infrastructure and energy market is adjusting amid shifting financing dynamics.

The discussion spanned:
Current regional events and their impact on investment outlook and strategies
The M&A market in Colombia and beyond amid political uncertainty
The growing offshore wind market

During the panel, Camilo spoke about progress being made on Latin American renewable energy subsidiary Greenwood Energy's Terra Initiative project, which includes the construction of 160 MWp of solar plants and three new indigenous villages in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, in partnership with the Arhuaco Indigenous community. Camilo also highlighted the importance of fostering constructive dialogue in Colombia and shared his optimism about the country's improving macro outlook.

As Head of Infrastructure, Camilo helps oversee Libra Group's three global renewable energy subsidiaries that encompass 7 GWp of proprietary projects under development, as well as 800 MWp of projects operating and under construction, across 12 countries. This includes Greenwood Energy, which is committed to advancing clean energy in Latin America through innovative solutions with lasting social impact.
