上海合作组织成员国外长理事会会议将于7月15日在天津举行。应中共中央政治局委员、外交部长王毅邀请，上合组织其他成员国外长和上合组织常设机构负责人将与会。各方将就上合组织各领域合作以及重大国际和地区问题交换意见。其中，印度外长苏杰生还将结合与会访华。
