Dubai, UAE, Oct. 9, 2026 - Uniphore, the Business AI company, and Xceed, a global customer experience and business process services company headquartered in Egypt, today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a strategic, cross-industry partnership to co-develop and deliver agentic AI solutions and professional AI transformation services. The first deployment is targeted for early 2027.
The partnership is built around the premise that enterprise AI should not stop at experimentation. It should change how the enterprise operates, connecting advanced AI with the knowledge of how complex customer and business processes work. In high-volume enterprise environments, transformation means understanding customer journeys, existing systems, business rules, regulatory requirements and operational dependencies, not simply automating individual tasks.
"We are not approaching AI as another technology to add to our portfolio. We are building a new capability around what Xceed has learned over more than 25 years of operating complex businesses at scale," said, Mohamed Lofty, CEO of Xceed.
Uniphore will provide the technology foundation. Xceed will bring industry knowledge and professional-services capabilities spanning telecom, customer experience, technical support, business operations, process transformation and large-scale service delivery. Its experience across sectors gives the collaboration insight into the people, workflows and practical challenges behind enterprise operations.
Through the partnership, Xceed will expand its professional-services proposition into Agentic AI Transformation Services. The companies intend to offer an end-to-end pathway: AI strategy, business-process analysis and high-value opportunity assessment; operating-model design, process redesign and domain-specific solution development; implementation and deployment; adoption management; and continuous performance optimization. Solutions will be developed around specific enterprise requirements, with a focus on practical, governed and scalable AI-enabled business processes.
"The real opportunity in enterprise AI is not simply creating more powerful models. It is putting intelligence into the processes that matter most to the business," said Abdallah Saqqa, Middle East VP at Uniphore.
Uniphore's Business AI Cloud brings together enterprise data, knowledge, AI models and intelligent agents in a composable foundation. Designed for security, governance, interoperability and data sovereignty, the platform works across existing enterprise environments and supports public-cloud, private-cloud, hybrid and on-premises deployment models.
The initial engagement will focus on high-volume telecom service operations and customer-service and support environments where service requests, customer interactions and operational processes must be handled with consistency and precision.
"Telecom operators handle tens of thousands of service tickets a day, and each one is a customer waiting on a fix," Lotfy said.
The first use case will explore how agentic AI can draw on enterprise knowledge, reason within defined business contexts and participate in workflows designed for measurable operational outcomes. Initial implementation is targeted for approximately 13 weeks, subject to final scope, technical requirements, data readiness, governance requirements and other implementation considerations.
The wider program will develop further use cases across telecom customer experience, service operations and back-office processes, alongside industry-specific solutions across other sectors. It will also address opportunities across additional operators and markets, drawing on Xceed's experience to adapt solutions to each business environment.
Xceed's delivery footprint spans Egypt, India, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Morocco and Mauritius. Its scale includes more than 30,000 people, over 10,000 multichannel workstations and 8,000 remote agents, with service delivery in 10 languages.
The collaboration will draw on Xceed's professional-services organization, delivery infrastructure, local operational knowledge, industry relationships and enterprise connections to introduce, adapt and scale AI capabilities across diverse markets. Together, the companies aim to connect advanced AI technology with local market understanding to strengthen Xceed's transformation portfolio
The partnership also reflects Egypt's growing role in the global AI and digital-services landscape and aligns with the country's national direction on AI, cloud computing and digital outsourcing. Xceed is positioned to bring advanced AI into the high-volume service operations it already runs, while building AI skills and expertise within its Egyptian workforce and serving enterprises across the region and internationally.
"The future of customer operations will not be defined by humans versus AI," Lotfy said. "It will be defined by how intelligently organizations combine people, expertise, technology and AI to create better outcomes. This partnership is an important step in that direction."
