On August 6, 2026, Palm Tran launched a redesigned website built to help riders quickly find the information they need, whether they are checking a bus schedule, planning a trip, looking up fares, or finding the latest service alerts.
The website has a fresh, modern design and intuitive navigation, making it easier for visitors to find what they're looking for. Being fully responsive, the site provides a seamless experience on smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers.
Some of the new features include:
The website also introduces Palm Tran's refreshed visual identity. To reflect the unique appeal of Palm Beach County, the agency's marketing team developed a brighter color palette along with contemporary design elements that give the site a fresh, welcoming feel.
"We focused on creating a user-friendly website with a new look and a fresh design," said Janessa Croce, Senior Public Relations Manager at Palm Tran. "Now it's easier to find route information, plan a trip, or view employment opportunities."
The biggest improvements are behind the scenes. Designed with usability and accessibility at its core, Palm Tran worked closely with Palm Beach County's Office of Technology and Innovation (OTI) to ensure the website met the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility standards.
