E. Grove Street, S. Clinton Street to S. Clayton Street Closed Effective Immediately
Beginning immediately, E. Grove Street, from S. Clinton Street to S. Clayton Street, will be closed to all traffic due to water work. This section of E. Grove Street will be reopened as soon as work is completed.
