BakerHostetler has achieved Mansfield Certification for 2023-2024 after completing the year-long, structured certification program. The firm has been Mansfield certified since it began participating in the program, receiving its first certification for the 2021-2022 cycle. Mansfield's focus is on opening the door wider and ensuring that opportunities for advancement are transparent and inclusive for everyone. By asking that members of underrepresented groups make up at least 30% of talent pools considered for leadership roles and that advancement processes are transparent, Mansfield helps ensure a level playing field for all.
