On October 17, 2025 (the "Effective Date"), Jennifer Canas delivered notice to the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Astrotech Corporation (the "Company") that she is resigning from her position as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of the Company, effective immediately. The Company intends to negotiate a separation agreement with Ms. Canas to set forth certain separation benefits for Ms. Canas and provide for certain restrictive covenants in favor of the Company.
