The Portland Police Bureau is seeking public help to locate or provide information about a missing endangered man last seen in the Piedmont Neighborhood. William "Bill" Fregosi left his care facility yesterday morning and has not returned.

The Portland Police Bureau is seeking public help to locate or provide information about a missing endangered man last seen in the Piedmont Neighborhood.

William Fregosi, who goes by Bill, left his care facility in the 300 block of Northeast Russet Street at about 11:00 a.m., yesterday, June 8th. Bill was not expected to go far or be out long but he has not returned to his care facility.

Bill Fregosi is a 66-year-old Caucasian male, 5'7 feet tall, 117 lbs. Bill has noticeable bags under his eyes, has graying hair and a beard (although he may have been shaven). Bill was last seen wearing a medium gray colored short sleeve shirt and black jogger pants. Bill uses a wheelchair and has significant health concerns. PPB efforts to locate Bill have so far been unsuccessful. If anyone sees Bill, please call 911.
