Bluehenge Supports Echelon Supply Through Debt Investment

Baton Rouge, LA - (July 25, 2025) - Bluehenge Capital Partners ("Bluehenge") is pleased to announce its debt investment in Echelon Supply and Service ("Echelon"), a leading distributor of industrial and hydraulic hose, fluid conveyance products and related services. The transaction supported a refinancing led by HCI Equity Partners ("HCI") and included participation from Patriot Capital.

The refinancing provided growth-oriented capital to optimize Echelon's balance sheet, replacing previous M&T Bank financing and positioning the business for continued expansion under HCI's ownership. Founded in 1977 and headquartered in Liverpool, New York, Echelon operates a national footprint with strong capabilities across end markets such as defense, industrial, and transportation.

This investment aligns with Bluehenge's focus on supporting middle-market businesses through flexible debt and equity solutions that enable operational and strategic execution.
