COLUMBUS - House Minority Leader Allison Russo (D-Upper Arlington) today announced several staff changes to the Minority Caucus, including Chief of Staff Jordan Plottner's decision to transition to a new opportunity at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
"Jordan's leadership has strengthened our team, not only through his work ethic but by building a legislative team that truly reflects the constituents we serve," said Leader Russo. "Jordan has helped secure victories for our Caucus in collaboration and negotiation with the Majority, always guided by what's best for our team and our goals. This will be a loss, but he leaves behind a well-prepared and cohesive team ready to carry the torch."
Minority Legal Counsel Sarah Ingles will assume the role of Chief of Staff and General Counsel to the Minority Caucus effective November 25th.
"Sarah has brought a wealth of strategic insight and leadership to our Caucus over the last year. She has been an invaluable asset to our team, and I have every confidence in her leadership as we move forward," said Leader Russo.
Bethany Sanders, currently the Director of Policy & Strategic Initiatives at the Franklin County Auditor's office, will replace Ingles as Minority Legal Counsel. Sanders previously served as legal counsel and policy advisor to the Ohio Senate Minority Caucus.
