BGP holds HSE Leadership Workshop in Oman

On February 12, BGP held a Safety Leadership Workshop in Oman, inviting senior management from seven major subcontractors. For the first time, the workshop adopted the form of "experience sharing + collective discussion", encouraging subcontractors to shift from passive executors to equal participants in safety management.

During the workshop, BGP and subcontractor representatives shared their practical experiences through real case studies. Participants conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as the challenges faced by safety leadership, methods to overcome these challenges, and ways to enhance a collective HSE culture.

Consensus was reached at this workshop, and a "joint safety responsibility" mechanism was initiated. Here, safety leadership is no longer an abstract concept, but transformed into actionable guidelines. BGP will continue to explore strategic coordination with subcontractors and enhance safety leadership.
