Join us every Wednedsay night at SK Cinema Maerua for EUFF 2025!

The EU Film Festival Namibia (EUFF)2025 is here! From 3 September to 29 October, film lovers are invited to Ster-Kinekor, Maerua Mall every Wednesday evening at 7:00 PM to experience the best of European and Namibian cinema. This year's line-up features eight acclaimed European films, a special daytime children's screening for the first time on Saturday, 4 October 2025 at 10:00AM, and a Namibian production to close the festival. Admission is free, and all films are shown in their original language with English subtitles.

The festival opened with the Danish film Miss Viborg on the 3rd of September, a heartfelt story of resilience and connection that set the tone for this year's theme: "Opportunities for Youth." The EUFF has become one of Namibia's most anticipated cultural events, reflecting stories that connect us while also investing in the next generation of filmmakers.

Alongside the screenings, the EU and the Namibia Film Commission are proud to support Kino Namibia and the Cell-Phone Video Production Workshop, giving young creatives the tools to bring their stories from script to screen.
