Kian Capital announces two new Hires - Reid Freeman & Carter Fields
Kian Capital, a provider of equity capital and subordinated debt, is pleased to announce the recent hiring of Reid Freeman and Carter Fields to support the company's continued growth.
Reid Freeman, Associate (Atlanta, GA)
Reid joined Kian Capital in June 2019 and is primarily responsible for evaluating, underwriting and monitoring new and existing investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Kian Capital, Reid was an Associate at CDX Advisors (formerly Cyndx Advisors), a boutique investment bank focused on mergers and acquisitions, debt financings and equity issuances for public and private companies in the technology, media and telecom industries.
Reid holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.

Carter Fields, Associate (Charlotte, NC)
Carter joined Kian Capital in July 2019 and is primarily responsible for evaluating, underwriting and monitoring new and existing investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Kian Capital, Carter was an Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities, in the Industrials Coverage Group, a group dedicated to mergers and acquisitions, debt financings, equity issuances and other financial advisory services.
Carter holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Georgia Institute of Technology, Scheller College of Business.
