COLUMBUS, OH - Today, the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) Board approved financing from various programs to support nine housing developments. Developments that received Board approvals for funding are:
Central
AspireCOLUMBUS: Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority received approval for a $1.75 million Housing Development Loan. This project previously received a reservation of 9% LIHTC in May 2024. The development will construct 70 units for families and 12 market-rate units in Columbus (Franklin County).
Brookside Place: LEADS received approval for a $1.75 million Housing Development Loan. This project previously received a reservation of 9% LIHTC in May 2024. The development will rehabilitate 31 units for families in Pataskala (Licking County).
Knoll View Place: Community Housing Network, Inc., received approval for a $2.5 million Housing Development Loan. This project previously received a reservation of 9% LIHTC in May 2024. The development will construct 50 service-enriched units in Columbus (Franklin County).
Maplewood and Sugar Grove: Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority received approval for a $2 million Housing Development Loan. This project will also receive a 4% LIHTC reservation. The development will rehabilitate 191 units for older Ohioans: 71 units in Whitehall and 120 units in Westerville (Franklin County).
Scioto Rise Place: Community Housing Network, Inc., received approval for a $2.5 million Housing Development Loan. This project previously received a reservation of 9% LIHTC in May 2024. The development will construct 60 service-enriched units in Columbus (Franklin County).
Northeast
Divinity Landing: National Church Residences received approval for a $1.75 million Housing Development Loan. This project previously received a reservation of 9% LIHTC in May 2024. The development will construct 54 units for older Ohioans in Macedonia (Summit County).
Stown Kent Gardens: Wallick Development LLC received approval for a $1.75 million Housing Development Loan. This project previously received a reservation of 9% LIHTC in May 2024. The development will rehabilitate 85 units for families and older Ohioans in Stow (Summit County).
Northwest
Bowling Green Senior Housing: Co-developers, Sunset Development & Investment, LLC, and Lowenstein Development, LLC, received approval for a $1.75 million Housing Development Loan. This project previously received a reservation of 9% LIHTC in May 2024. The development will construct 66 units for older Ohioans in Bowling Green (Wood County).
Southeast
Thornville Manor: Fairfield Homes, Inc., received approval for a $1.75 million Housing Development Loan. This project previously received a reservation of 9% LIHTC in May 2024. The development will rehabilitate 24 units for older Ohioans in Thornville (Perry County).
