Notice of judicial vacancy: Magistrate in Polk County

Iowa's Fifth Judicial District has provided notice of a judicial vacancy for a magistrate in Polk County with an application deadline of Nov. 18. Interviews will be held at the Polk County Courthouse on Nov. 22 to fill the unexpired term of Magistrate Wesley Hoyer. The magistrate's term ends July 31, 2025.
